Our cuisine is Mediterranean in style and celebrates the flavours of traditional Puglian cooking. The undisputed star is fresh local fish from the Ionian Sea (raw seafood, seafood pasta dishes and grilled specialities), complemented by high-quality cuts of meat and seasonal, locally sourced vegetables. Everything is prepared with a modern touch, while respecting authentic flavours.
Absolutely yes. For us, real pizza is baked strictly in a wood-fired oven. We use long-leavening doughs (minimum 48 hours) to ensure a light, fragrant and highly digestible pizza, topped with top-quality ingredients such as fior di latte mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes and Apulian extra virgin olive oil.
Yes — atmosphere is our secret ingredient. During the warmer months, you can dine on our Roof Garden, a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the bay of Lido Silvana. It is the perfect setting for a romantic sunset dinner or to enjoy the sea breeze on warm summer evenings.
